Warranty & Proof of Purchase

Please note that for work to be undertaken under warranty the product must have been purchased from us, it must still be within its original warranty period and proof of purchase must be available. With immediate effect, a duplicate receipt will be retained by us for possible future use. However, this has not been the case historically and for such products proof of purchase will have to come from another source.
