Computer Service and Repair Centres
We have two Service and Repair Centres - one in St Helier, Jersey and the other in St Sampson’s, Guernsey. Unfortunately, unless a claim is made under warranty, items such as printers and other peripheral devices are classified as BER (Beyond Economic Repair) when they go wrong. The vast majority of all repair work undertaken is, therefore, computer based.
We are able to offer a range of services which include computer repair and maintenance, equipment inspection and health checks, data back-up, custom build desktop computers, TV set up and installation and site surveys. These services are available in our engineering workshop or on-site. In conjunction with our business partners we are able to provide network consultancy, installation and support.

Mobile Phone Repair Centre
Our mobile phone Repair Centre is based in St Helier and is the most comprehensive in the Channel Islands. At the commercial level it undertakes all service and repair work for one of the three Channel Island air-time providers. It is capable of unlocking, resetting and parts replacement.
(Please note that although Mobile Repair is located in Jersey, you can drop your phone off at either of our guernsey stores!)
